- 500g mincemeat
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 medium sized green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Royco or your favourite soup powder (optional)
Start by taking a pan then add oil which is just enough for cooking the mincemeat. Place it on a stove that is switched on between medium and low heat.
Once the oil has heated up, take your finely chopped garlic and add it to the pot. Give it a stir for roughly 10 seconds then add in your 500g of mincemeat together with the salt and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients together and break any lumps in your mincemeat. Cook the mincemeat until it starts to brown
When the mincemeat has browned up, the next step is to take your chopped onions and place them inside. Continuously stir the onions until they are done. This can take you about 2 minutes.

- 500g mincemeat
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/3 green pepper
- 1/3 yellow pepper
- 1/3 red pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 5 leaves of kale vegetables
When making this mincemeat recipe, the first thing that you need to do is to take a pan and place it on a stove that is turned on to medium heat. When the oil has heated up add the chopped onions, yellow pepper, green pepper and red pepper. Sauté them for about 5 minutes or until they are done.
Once you have sautéed all the ingredients the next thing is to add the mincemeat and also sauté it for a few minutes until it has browned.

- 400g mincemeat
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup of minced onions
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of water
When making this mincemeat recipe of meatballs you need to start by preheating the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
The next step is to take a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, water, salt, pepper and egg. Mix all these ingredients together then add the mincemeat. Use your hands to mix the mincemeat with all the other ingredients, so make sure your hands are clean.
Once all the ingredients are mixed together, the next step is to use a tablespoon or your hands to shape the meatballs. The meatballs should be approximately 1 inch in diameter.
